盡心亭拉麵
這間拉麵店是某天在fb看到的
簡簡單單的設計
給人一種典雅安靜的氛圍
店內環境
也是非常乾淨整齊
店內座位不多但是讓人有很溫馨的感覺，也有一些簡單的擺設，看著讓人覺得非常舒服
晚上7點左右陸續越來越多客人~
天氣冷真的會很想吃拉麵或是火鍋呢！
坐定位後
服務生會給菜單以及用餐需知
用餐需知裡說明了大小碗的不同
大碗多了 3 0 克的麵、一半的糖心蛋、一塊叉燒肉、一些木耳
也因為如此~~
所以這次點餐特別點了一碗大碗的!!

每碗都看起來很不錯~~超難選的 (閨蜜竟然叫我全點來吃，我看起來很餓嗎?
點餐明細：
我們點了魚介拉麵，味増拉麵，醬油拉麵（大）
點餐的時候服務員會問是否要更鹹或更淡
我們因為沒吃過所以就點正常(服務生說已經有調合成台灣人喜好的味道)
每個桌子旁都會有調味罐
還有店內自製辣油，辣油帶點花椒味，很香

味增拉麵
味道總整理：
魚介拉麵的湯頭非常的鮮甜，一點都不會"糙車"
味増拉麵的味道非常的味増，但又不失其中該有的層次口感
醬油拉麵的表現是最讓我驚訝的，因為外面一般醬油拉麵都像是刷淡的醬油水，
BUT 他家的醬油拉麵有醬油該有的濃純香之外又完全不會死鹹，竟然還有回甘的滋味
(補充:他們家的湯頭不是走濃稠路線的唷)
重點是
厚切叉燒的美味又再度讓我意外了！
厚切的口感極為紮實，肉質也非常軟嫩但又不失該有的嚼勁
來來來~~~~大小晚視覺上的差別
食量小的人真的就小碗就足夠了唷！
飯後還有梅釀番茄唷！
他們家拉麵我真的很大推
因為他們家的湯頭極棒
很符合台灣人的口味不會很鹹
cp值算是頗高的
